• SastoDeal Pvt Ltd was established in Dec 2011, when internet
penetration in Nepal was just about 9%.
• Sastodeal is one of the leading eCommerce companies in Nepal
with millions of customers and thousands of vendors/partners all
over Nepal.

ORGANIZATION
• Position: Intern as Market Place & BI.
• Roles and Responsibility :
Help to list the Product,
Help to upload the products,
Show vendors how products are listed and uploaded,
Verbal Report to Supervisor in a weekly basis
• Internship start date:27th Feb 2022
• Internship End Date : 27th,April 2022
• Working Hours : 10am – 6pm(8 hours)
• Total Working Days : 60 days

MARKET PLACE
• An online marketplace is simply a website or a place where one
can find different brands of products from multiple vendors, shops,
or people which is showcased on the same platform.
• Online marketplaces help to streamline the production process
through a simple portal and manufacturers sell products directly to
consumers
INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS
INTELLIGENCE(BI)
Business intelligence (BI) helps organizations analyze historical
and current data, so they can quickly uncover actionable insights
for making strategic decisions.
E-commerce BI is mainly used to reduce manual efforts in creating
reports and dashboards.
Bi gives access to sales trends based on customers' preferences,
reactions to promotions, online shopping experiences, purchasing
behavior, and other patterns and trends that impact sales.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
? Proper product detail information not given by the vendors.

? Lack of communication between both vendors and the company.

? Access to data is limited.


OBJECTIVES

• Manage online selling costs in a strategic way.

• Establish a good relationship with vendors and customers.

• Provide a unique customer experience.

• Improve customer loyalty.

• Identify the right target customers

CONCLUSION
My internship period was very fruitful for developing both personal
and technical skills. The time spent at SastoDeal Pvt. Ltd. provided
me the real-world experience of working in a real-time
environment. Before the internship, I had worked on projects of their
own interest which were academic but the internship project dealt
with real-world issues. The things that I learned and the obstacles
have definitely widened my knowledge.
