Dual Sports?
What benefits do you derive from participating
in Individual and Dual Sports?
Activity:
The class will be divide into 2. Each group will choose
either Individual or Dual sports to be describe in a
creative manner.
Ex. Individual sport, demonstrate the selected sport.
Examples:
INDIVIDUAL Badminton Boxing
SPORTS
Tennis Cycling
– an individual
sport is a sport in Track and Field Swimming
which participants
compete as Table Tennis Gymnastics
individuals. One
athlete in one Wrestling Bowling
event.

partners. Sepak Takraw Double
Sports in an activity that requires physical actions and skill where individual
or team compete under the set of rules. It is classified into individual, dual or
team sports.

 Benefits:

1. Reduce your risk of a heart attack


2. Manage your weight better
3. Have a lower blood cholesterol level
4. Lower the risk of type 2 diabetes and some cancers
5. Have lower blood pressure
6. Have stronger bones, muscles and joints and lower risk of developing osteoporosis
etc.
