2. Daily Tool box talks for workforce.
3. Daily COVID 19 is followed at site - Thermal scanning, oximeter check, mask and social
distancing at site.
4 .Daily Work Clearance is being followed at site and HSE Inspections
5. Medical tie-up with full fledge hospital along with availability of Emergency Vehicle facility
24X7.
6. PPEs compliance is being monitored at site.
7. Weekly HSE walk-through has been done.
8. Monthly HSE inspection with color coding is being followed at site.
9. Medical fitness examination is being conducted for employees.
10. Labour shed & Drinking water facilities provided at site.
11. Toilet facility has been provided for all workmen.

 TP-Eleven (21) number has been completed out of 23.
 Piping Erection & Fabrications under process.
 Structural Fabrication done 200Aprx. MT & Painting works under
process.
 465 MT Structural Materials received at site & Fabrications works
commence.
 1530mtr Cable tray & 7200mtr earth strip received at site.
 50 Nos another USK labours gate pass & 50Nos Mechanicals technician
Gate pass related doc. Submitted to Pass departments.
 Areas Needing Attention

 Balance Electrical Items other than Cable Tray and Earth Strip to be furnished
expeditiously . Similar for Instrument Balance items
 QAP Issue for Instrument Supply items needs to be resolved expeditiously.
 Drawing Control index ( DCI) needs to be provided on immediate basis.
 Architectural drawing to be provide on priority basis.
 Providing Round the clock Hot work permit( Welding only) at Fab. Yard to
boost up progress of Structural & Piping.
 Request for work permit at Tank 908/909 & Near Railway track all tank farm
areas.
 Request for issue work permit on priority basis.
