The PAPs which does not acquired during the monitoring date 1st quarter project must be priority to cope up with the PAPs that being stated
of 1st quarter was prioritize to purchase in the 2nd quarter. and plan in the AIP.

2. Hindering Factors Proposed Actions


MOOE funds was diverted into other unaligned financial funds. The finance section sent a letter of request to DBM to request the amount
Specifically the payment of unpaid step increment, differential intended to those teachers promoted last year. According to the finance section
and salary increase for those teacher who recently promoted. the budget for teacher who are promoted was not been updating by the PSIPOP
that why the budget for them was not been downloaded.
