PMP Eligibility requirements

 Project Management Experience:


36 non-overlapping months of project management
experience within the last eight years. That non-overlapping
part means that if you worked on six projects throughout
the month of January that only counts as one month of
project management work, not six months.
Eligibility requires project management experience in:
initiating; planning; executing; monitoring and controlling;
and closing processes. On a single project, you may not
have experience in all five of the process groups, but must
have collectively.

Contact hours:
contact hours can be achieved by completing courses,
workshops and training sessions provided by one or more of
the following types of educational providers:
 PMI registered Education Provider ( REPs)
 PMI Component Organizations
 Employer/company sponsored programs.
 Training companies or consultants.

assessment
