• It is used for
Chemical mixing in
the form of batches.
• It has an agitator for
mixing chemicals.
 Main Parts
• Engine
• Hydraulic Pumps
• Agitator with hydraulic
motor
• C Pump
• Hydraulic and Fuel reservoir
• Operating Panel
 C-Pump
• Its size is 5/6/11.
• We use graphite or moly
grease as a lubricant.
• It has stuffing box.
• Its seals are made of viton.
• It has bearings to support
impeller shaft.
 HT 400
HT 400 is used to pump fluid
with high pressure into the
wellbore.
• It has three plungers which
size is 4-1/2’’
• HT 400 max pressure is
11200 Psi
• Max Pump rate is 8.5 bbl/min
• It has 2 displacement tanks
of 10 bbl each

HT 400 that we have consists of two pumps
with separate engines to operate those
pumps. One is left side pump and second is
right side pump. Each pump have three
plungers which pump fluid with high pressure.
Main Components of Triplex Pump
There are main parts
• Power End
• Spacer
• Fluid End
 Power End
• A drive shaft coming from Engine is connected
with power End.
• In Power End rotational motion is converted
into reciprocating motion.
• It has crankshaft
• In power end speed reduction and torque
multiplication take place at worm gear end.
 Spacer
• It is an assembly which connect power end
with the fluid end.
• Main purpose is stop fluid flow from fluid end
to power end.
 Fluid End
• Suction and discharge takes place in fluid end.
• Fluid is energized in this section
