Past continuous berasal dari dua kata, yaitu past yang berarti
masa lalu atau telah berlalu, dan continuous yang berarti
keberadaan. Past continuous tense adalah bentuk medium untuk
masa lalu, dengan kata lain digunakan untuk menyatakan keadaan
sedang berlangsung di dalam masa lalu.

Tenses is a method of grammar (grammar) in English which is based on the verb
