19th July 2019
Rtr. Shakthivel from Rotaract Club of Third eye,
Hyderbad joined us in the contribution for the flood relief
for North Karnataka floods. We exchanged letterhead at
Barista Lavazza. Further, he accompanied and helped us
at the Parachute Regiment Training Center. He shared a
few future project ideas and we discussed about our
projects too. He also joined us for our club Blood
donation camp at Sai Baba Temple.

December 5th, 2019
Rtr. Shashank D was a special invitee to our rooftop
charter day celebration. Being a past DIR of our district,
we were very close acquaintances. He was representing
Rotaract Club of Symbiosis Law School, Pune and we had
a letterhead and logo exchange program during the
celebration and also discussed about possible future
projects.

 IDYE to MUMBAI
2nd sept – 4th sept 2019
It was an amazing experience. Lots of tourists spots were
visited. We were hosted for a District dinner which was a
wonderful experience. We explored the local life and
flavour. Ganesh chatturti celebration was the best part
of Mumbai IDYE. Mumbai rains and the flood was the
most unforgetable experience of IDYE. District and Club
support helped a lot too.

from GUJARAT for a day

Details

We hosted a team from Gujarat on their IDYE at the

Mantri mall. Along with letter head exchange, we also had
conversations with them and heard a lot of stories about
Gujarat. We hosted lunch at Dilli Khana and dropped
them to MG Road for the day. It was an exciting
experience.

Details

One of the most memorable projects for us. We

hosted Rtr. Vishw, Rtr.Dilip and Rtr. Kainat at
Bangalore for three days at Rtr.Amoghs apartment..
On the first day after freshening up, we took them to
the Wilderness Festival with the support of our DRR
Rtr. Shashi where they enjoyed the day at Nandi
Hills. We made sure that they were treated to
traditional South Indian meals on a plantain leaf
atleast once a day so that they know local flavour.

Mumbai
15th feb – 17th feb 2020
We took them on a Bangalore tour and showed
them Vidhan Soudha, Bangalore Palace, Cubbon
Park and Sankey tank. They enjoyed games and
letterhead exchange at Mantri Mall. We arranged a
VIP pass darshan at ISKCON and dropped them back
to the airport.

 Twin Club agreement
with Rotaract Patan
13th march 2020
We had an E-Meeting with members of Rotaract Club
from Patan. Our DRRE Rtr. Raj Vamshi was present too.
After a good interaction with them, we mutually agreed
to sign a twin club agreement with the club for two years.
We plan to have joint projects in the future soon. It was a
wonderful interaction with club members along with
stories of Nepal by them and our Rtr Tarun
