• WEEK 6: WINDS OF CHANGE
• WEEK 7: "THE COFFEE
HOUSE BY SURAT” BY LEO

TEAM WORK
We have 9 types of team worker, and
they are all so different and that it
surprises me. I've been on many
different teams and I've seen this
multicultural environment, where
everyone was different from each
other. That's a plus of multiculturalism
in the team. Where everyone can work
and create in their own way, and when
this is combined, they can
consequently solve the problem and
come up with something new.
TEAM WORK
There should be feedback in
the team, in contrast to
criticism, the concept of
feedback is friendly, the main
purpose of this
communication is the reaction
and mutual understanding of
the weaknesses of your team
worker. All this opinion was
from personal experience and
observation.
UDHR

Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

1. Human rights ensure that basic human needs are
met.
Everyone should have access to medicine, food and
water, clothing and shelter. By incorporating them
into basic human rights, everyone will receive a
basic level of dignity.
2. Human rights protect vulnerable groups from
abuse.
The Declaration of Human Rights was created by
the horrors of World War II. During this historical
period, sectors of society were attacked along with
the Jewish population, including disabled and LGBT
people.
UDHR

3. Human rights enable people to confront

corruption in society.
This right allows people to speak out when they
face abuse and corruption and empowers people
and tells them that they deserve respect from
society.
4. Human rights give people the freedom to
practice their religion (or not to practice it)
5. Human rights enable people to love whoever
The consequences of not protecting this right
become apparent when you look at countries
where LGBT people are oppressed and subjected
to violence, or where women are forced into
marriage that they do not want.
UDHR

6. The right to work and earn a living.

Working conditions can be depressing,
people face abuse or lack of opportunity.
7. human rights give people access to
education
8. human rights protect the environment
We live in a world, we need land, so it is
quite logical that what happens to the
environment affects humanity. The right
to clean air, clean soil and clean water is
just as important as the other rights on
this list.
WIND OF CHANGES
Many people are afraid of changes
in their lives and do not want to
leave their comfort zone, do the
same things, weekends are the
same, but change is a part of our
development, and as we develop,
we get better every day.
when we change and leave our
comfort zone, we meet a lot of
new people and learn a lot of new
due to these people, because we
exchange our experience and our
knowledge, develop in different
directions.
WIND OF CHANGES
Changes in our life happen
constantly when we have to
experience both joyful and
difficult moments. But they all
taught something. Losses made
us stronger and showed that
even a strong grief can be
experienced, and happy
moments allowed us to keep
vivid memories in our thoughts. a
change for the better will come
to life if we start doing things
that we would never have done
before.
"THE COFFEE HOUSE BY SURAT”
BY LEO TOLSTOY

The main theme of this story is Division.

Division of people according to religious
beliefs. And they so strangely wanted to
convince that their God is better than the
other. And this dispute simply did not
lead to anything. Because how many
people, so many opinions. And everyone
thinks that he is right and wants to
convince others of this. We think this is
unpleasant. Because religious disposition
is a person's personal choice. And
everyone has the right to choose any
religion.

Then they discuss where the sun rises and sets.

Very different opinions were also wrong. But
they think that's right. It is based on where they
live, what they see and what they believe in.
Everyone has their own position, basically they
believe in what they see. In conclusion, what can
we say, the more a person sees, the more he
understands and knows.
We liked this topic because this division will
always exist. Because tastes are different.
