CONCLUSION
Through this study we learn that in real world scenario, knowing and understanding the ways to solve
an Ordinary Differential Equation is crucial in engineering problems as it provides valuable data for
the project.

In our studies we learn that the ODEs can exist in different order being first and seconds with each
having their own unique ways of solving. In the first order equations we can say that this equation is
more diverse as it could be applied in many ways in real world problems. For our studies we
successfully derived an equation that defined the rate of water level deplete in a cylinder tank.

A second order differential equation similar to the first order, it could be use in a diverse way to
solve many problems. In our study we primarily used the second order equation in studying the
motion in a spring system and formulate an equation to defined the damping of a spring.

In both order of differential equations, we able to find its method of solution and get its general
solution. Furthermore, we able to set an initial condition or boundary to the equations to solve it.
Finally, a sample of calculations is done on both equations.

As a conclusion, this group project is a success and we are able to find the answer to our problems.
