generally the attempt to represent subject matter
truthfully, without artificiality and avoiding
artistic conventions, or implausible, exotic, and
supernatural elements.

and can be in large part a matter of technique
and training, and the avoidance of stylization

PHOTOREALISM

is a genre of art that encompasses painting, drawing and other


graphic media, in which an artist studies a photograph and then
attempts to reproduce the image as realistically as possible in
another medium.

 can be used broadly to describe artworks in many different


media, it is also used to refer specifically to a group of paintings
and painters of the American art movement that began in the late
1960s and early 1970s.
STYLIZATION

in art, the decorative generalization of figures and objects by me
ans of various conventional techniques, including the
simplification of line, form, and relationships of space and 
color. 

is a natural method of rhythmic organization in
decorative art, where the subordination of each pictorial element 
to the overall composition is particularly important.

• Use the following guidelines below in making My Own
Artwork:
– Your artwork should shows 2 DIFFERENT FORMS OF THE
ART AND 2 DIFFERENT STYLES OF THE ART
– The materials needed are available coloring materials (oil
pastels, crayons, color pencils, markers, etc.) and pencil.
– Use the provided OSLO paper with indicated border line on
the artwork. On the bottom of your artwork indicate your
complete name and section.
– Once you finish your artwork, submit directly to your
teacher but take a picture of it as proof of your artwork #3
