Find The Cause


Dari hasil Analisa risiko yang dilakukan, cari penyebab
potesi dari bahaya tersebut

Eliminate The Cause


Eliminasi/hilangkan penyebab potensi
bahaya tersebut.

Tell Other
Informasikan kepada orang lain mengenai bahaya
tersebut
