 Hit CTRL-SHIFT-ESC to enter Windows Task Manager

Make sure the Applications

Tab is selected

Click on the
New Task button
Click OK to open Windows Explorer

When the word explorer is not displayed, click

on the arrow down on the right to select
Click on the
OK button
 Windows Explorer opens with the My Documents folder

Click on the Plus symbol in front of My Computer to open

Choose Network Connections under Control Panel

Open Control Panel and select Network Connections

Choose Properties of the Local Area Connection 2

Select Local Area Connection 2 and press the UNDO button

on the system keyboard to display the menu.

Choose Properties.
Choose the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP

After selecting
TCP/IP, click on the
Properties button

Scroll down and select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).

Verify Gateway and DNS Server (alternate is not needed, only primary)

When the DNS value

field is empty, enter
I.P. Address: 8.8.8.8
and click OK

When done, click OK twice to close

Make sure a Gateway I.P. Address is entered the dialog boxes.
Start Internet Explorer in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

Go to the folder C:\ Program Files\Internet Explorer and double click iexplore.exe
When Internet Explorer opens, surf to: http://www.logmein123.com

NTS will provide you a 6-digits code

When the code is entered, click on the

Connect to technician button
Run or Open the file, do NOT save it

Click Run (or Open) when this dialog box appears.

This message may appear twice

Click OK to approve the remote desktop session

Please click OK to allow this hacker friendly person

to access the system
