loan for people to buy homes. People
prefer it as an investment avenue
either as short term or long-term
investment. The consumer
expectations are very high so it
should be kept in mind and offer the
best possible service

Keeping the data as a base, it is found that the customers are happy
with the service experienced, because,

 Most of the customers avail loan with the desire for home and
have chosen to be comfortable with the fixed rate of interest.
The problems faced by the customers are procedural delays
followed by lack of knowledge.
 So, the perception of the customers towards house loan is positive.
SUGGESTIONS
 people fear about security Rate of interest should be
competitive with other financial institutions.
 Information counter facility should be provided in
bank for provide loan information and easy to
understand documentation procedure home loan
 To attract more customers, banks should make
process of loan repayment easy.
 File processing charges should be eliminated in the
banks or should be low.
CONCLUSIONS
From the analysis it is found that some customers
have faced some procedural problem, for
which the researcher has given some suggestions
and recommendations.
Banks has got goodwill and reputation among the
public and this can be used for promoting it
services. If new promotional activity and services
introduced, it will help very much the
organization to increase the business.
