    Area control error in two area system is defined as the net input to the speed
    governor system in a controlled area
    Let, ACE1 = area control error of area 1
    ACE2 = area control error of area 2
    ACE1, ACE2 are shown as linear arrangement of frequency along with tie-line power error as follows:

    Where b1 and b2 are known as bias in area frequency of area 1 and area 2
