EDUCATION
• Etiquette – according to Merriam, it is defined as the
conduct or procedure required by good breeding or
prescribed by authority to be observed in social or
official life. It is the set of customs and rules for
polite behavior, especially among class of people or
in a particular profession.
• Sportsmanship – It is a conduct (such as fairness,
respect, and graciousness in winning or losing)
becoming to one participating in sport. It is playing
by the rules and principles using sports etiquette.
Etiquette Before-During-After a Physical Activity

• Wear comfortable clothing. Use an appropriate gear for


the activity.
• Taking a warm-up and cool down before and after an
activity. Take appropriate breaks and recovery.
• Eat light food for stamina. Stay hydrated.
• Beware of the weather and environmental conditions.
• Listen to your body. Seek medical advice as soon as
possible when you are feeling unwell.

3. Be mindful to others. Do not distract their activity.
