2. Always consult your sport instructor or physical therapist for pieces of
advice or instructions as to how to perform an exercise or any activity
safely.
3. Be careful in doing stretching, jumping, standing on tip-toes, doing full
squats, sit ups, and the like.
4. Make sure that your sporting game is well maintained.
5. Refrain from exercising or doing any strenuous activities if you are sick or
not feeling well.
