Problem Statement:

How can Southwest airlines expand their business while maintaining their
status as low fare airlines providing the same level of customer service and
performance?
SWOT Analysis

Possible Solutions

● Conduct training and awareness sessions to all employees such that the culture and values
of the organisation were not taken for granted
● Implement and reform HR policies such that potential candidates amongst the employees
can be chosen for leading the organisation
● Onboarding programs teaches newcomers the employer's value system, norms and desired
organizational behaviors. Employers must help newcomers become part of social networks
in the organization and make sure that they have early job experiences that reinforce the
culture
● Reward & Recognition programs: These programs are key mechanisms employers can use
to motivate employees to act in accordance with the organization's culture and values
