Introduction
- The BLM organization was founded in 2013
in response to the Trayvon Martin’s
murderer.
- Their mission is build local power to
intervene in violence inflicted on Black
communities.
 History
- The BLM organization is working for a world
where black lives are no longerv systematically
targeted for demise.
- It began in response to the state-sanctioned
violence.
- The movement began with the use of the
#BlackLivesMatter.
- Their first protest was in August of 2014 in
Ferguson.
 Opinion
- The fight for justice and human rights
is everyone’s fight.

- Once we say nothing, we are
consenting with the violence.
