Leadership

Ashish Barat (B. Arch)

An architect by qualification, has an unmatched experience in leading execution & designing of some
of the biggest real estate & retail projects along with some of the most complex hospital & industrial
setups across India. His grinding experience of Project planning, procurement, logistic management,
cost compliance and design intent ensures that construction detailing and execution quality is
assured in our assignments. Has an industry experience of over 26 years.

Jayant Narute (B.E. civil)

A civil engineer by qualification has intensive experience in contracting and resource planning of big
as well as complex engineering projects. His approach on execution schedule & quality is non
compromising & unrelenting. His extensive networks ensures efficient manpower mobilisation and
vendor management. Has an experience of over 21 years across all sectors ranging from industrial
to residential to commercial & construction typologies.

geographies and are capable of working at diverse condition & locations .
The execution team has a strong technical support system provided by our QA team &
Logistics team to ensure seamless flow of construction resources with uncompromising
quality.
The entire project team is provided with required orientation & technical sessions to
keep them well positioned to take up challenges.

Design team:

We have a fully equipped design team handling architectural design and interior design.
This small team of 5 professionals including 3 architects have already designed more
than 1 million sq ft of Hospitals, Retail, Office & Residential space over the last 4 years.
Our team of Architects are supported by experienced draftsmen & graphic visualizers to
ensure your dreams are brought to life.
