Introduction:
Our firm has been offering Civil & Architectural, Structural & Industrial
consultancy services for almost more than 35 years including survey for analysis,
design, tender preparation, specifications, execution and supervision back up for variety
of projects like residential, institutional, office, factory buildings, water and sewerage
treatment plants, telecom towers etc. We also do undertake the rehabilitation and
provide solutions for old and dilapidated structures. We also undertake various
assignments related to foundations, soil - structure interaction, embankment analysis
etc. We have successfully completed more than 1000 projects across pan India. At
present we are involved in various projects in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai (Including JNPT),

The architects vision of creating a Lagoon was firmly supported by unique foundations & shear walls.
The gap of 4 storied in staggered “cutouts “ were matched by our RCC designs which created
‘’ventilator ballooning effects ‘’ . This created the necessary dramatic feature in the architectural
armory. Such elevations were never met with structural elegance in city of Thane.
