- Coach is allowed - Coach is NOT allowed
- Wear rubber shoes - Play barefoot
- Hard court - Sand is the playing area
- 25 points per set
- 15 points per set
- 18m by 9m court
- Change court every 2 points
- Can wear sun glasses and
cup
- 16m by 8m court
EQUIPMENT IN PLAYING
VOLLEYBALL
1.Volleyball – made of leather or synthetic
2. Net – made of nylon chord
men – 2.43m high
women – 2.24m high
3. Antenna – flexible rod made of fiber glass, color
red and white hanged on both sides of the net, used
to indicate whether the ball goes out
4. Post – used to hold the net
5. Court – the playing area in volleyball
size - 18m by 9m

2. passing/ reception – defensive skill from service
3. digging – defensive skill from spike
4. spiking – offensive skill/ the hard hit of the ball
