PROBLEM STATEMENT
National Institute of Science & Technology

 In today’s global scenario, water wastage, water pollution and water

shortage are an over-rising problem.

 With the world population rising minute by minute, the need for water is
increasing and therefore water conservation is the need of the hour.

OBJECTIVE
National Institute of Science & Technology

 To develop an efficient and affordable water level monitoring system for

preventing wastage of water and water overflow.

 System comprises of sensors to measure the water level of storage

system and inform the user through an android app and provide the
methodology to control the motor remotely.

WORKING
National Institute of Science & Technology

 Step-1: Use a Ultrasonic Sensor and connect with the NodeMCU

controller.
 Step-2: Use the Embedded C code and add the required libraries for
this board.
 Step-3: Simulate and see the result through serial monitor.

 Step-4: Connect the controller with the internet and through App see
the Water level and control the motor through App/ do automatic
operation.

CONCLUSION
National Institute of Science & Technology

 An improved system which will inform the users about the levels of
liquid and prevent it from overflowing.

 Displays the status of the level of water in containers on the android

application.

 Once the limit of the water level reaches the motor will automatically be
turned off through the android application.
