1. Notify the PNP Operation Center/Fire
Department/Agency/Client
a) Record the time of fire/vehicular accident
b) Name of person contacted
c) Name of office/telephone number
d) Time contacted
e) Other government office/s concerned
f) Number of casualties

2. Alert residents/employees in the area

For motor vehicle on fire due to traffic/vehicular accident:

Type (Car, Jeep etc.)
Color/Plate number
Identity of the driver

5. Request for ambulance
6. Name/s of person contacted
7. Fire department/PNP office concerned contacted
8. Name of duty officer contacted
9. Number of fire trucks responded

HOSTAGE SITUATION

 A guard’s role is to minimize injury to the


hostages/victims and to contain the
hostage taker pending arrival of the
SWAT/Crisis Response
Team/Negotiating Team.
1. Notify the PNP/SWAT/EOD
Team/Agency/Client
2. Record the following:

a) Name of duty officer contacted
b) Date/time of call
c) Establish identity of hostage taker/ suspect
(gender, height, physical appearance, built,
etc.)
d) Establish identity of victim (gender, height,
physical appearance, built, etc.)
3. Cordon the area and isolate the victim/suspect
from the public.
4. Do not allow any unauthorized person to enter
the stronghold/area.

5. Evacuate the injured person/s.
6. Call the nearest hospital (name of hospital and
address)
7. Determine location/number of suspects
8. Determine weapon used by the suspect
9. Upon arrival of the negotiating team, record
the following:
a) Name of negotiators
b) Office assignment/address
c) Other government office/s concerned

10. Determine access routes and advice police units in the
area.
11. Assist the police/negotiating team upon arrival in the
area.
12. Direct the police/negotiating team on the way to the
stronghold/are
13. Provide the police all pertinent information: Suspect’s
ID, clothing, description, built, weapon used; Victim’s
ID, clothing, condition, location, access points,
obstacles, etc.)
14. Record time and date of the Negotiating Team left the
stronghold/area.
15. Make a report to your Agency/client’s management
16. Prepare to attend court duties.

1. Notify the PNP HQs/Brgy
Office/Management/Agencies
2. Coordinate with the Chief, Security Officer
3. Record name, office assignment of the Duty
Officer contacted
4. Date/time of call
5. Government office contacted (Name/address)
6. Record date/time the strike was announced
7. Record name of the leader and list names of
employees/strikers

8. Record date/time of arrival of the PNP
unit/CDC/Bgy official etc.
9. Record the activities of the strikers/crowd
10. Assist in traffic direction and control of
onlookers
11. Record name of speakers during the
strike/riot/mob
12. Record name of affiliated organizations
involved in the riot
13. Record placards/signs used and slogans
written on it

14. Record equipment/vehicles used (type, plate
number model)
15. If crowd/strikers become unruly, notify the
CDC Unit of the PNP
16. Call the nearest hospital for injured
strikers/bystanders and record the following:
a) Name of hospital/address
b) Name of duty officer contacted
c) List of injured victims
d) Include the victim’s sex, age, address etc.

17. Maintain peace and order (Do not abet


with the strikers)
18. Make lateral coordination with your
agency/client’s management
19. Assist the law enforcement officers in the
investigation.
20. Prepare to attend court duties.
ROBBERY/HOLD-UP
PROCEDURES
ROBBERY/HOLD UP
1. Record the date/time the robbery was found
out/reported
2. Call the nearest PNP station/brgy office and
record the following:
a) Name of the duty officer
b) Date and time the call was made
c) Place and address of the bgy office/PNP station
contacted
3. Secure the crime scene with a rope, yellow line
(strictly do not allow anyone to pass)

4. If suspect is identified, give the following


information:
a) Name of the suspect
b) Include age, address, ethnic group, body built,
appearance etc.
c) If a vehicle was used identify the make model,
place number, color
5. Take note of persons at the crime scene
(possible witnesses)

6. If there are injured victims, notify the nearest
hospital or barangay medical team and record
the following:
a) Name/address of the hospital
b) Name of the duty doctor/nurse
c) Date and time of the call
7. If the suspect is still at the crime scene:
a) Report to the PNP HQs for reinforcement
b) Location of the suspect
c) Number of suspect/s confined in the area
d) Determine type, make, name, model of firearms used
e) Seal off all possible exits within the area/stronghold.

8. Make a report to your


agency/management
9. Keep unauthorized persons at the crime
scene.
10. Assist the investigators upon arrival at
the crime scene.
11. Be ready to stand as witness and
prepare to attend court duties.
