Most people know him as Barack Obama, but his full name is Barack Hussein Obama II. He is a Democrat, which
means he belongs to a political party in the United States called the Democratic Party. He was the 44th president of
the USA. He was the first African-American who served as president. He was president of the United States from
2009 to 2017.

He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961. His mother’s name was Ann Dunham; she was an
anthropologist. His father’s name was Barack Hussein Obama Sr.; he was an economist.

Obama attended 3 universities: Occidental College (1981), Columbia University (1931) and Harvard. He studied
political science at Columbia University and graduated from law school at Harvard.

While working at a law firm Obama met Michelle Robinson. They started dating, got engaged and finally got married
in 1992. Barack and Michelle Obama have two daughters: Malia Ann and Sasha.

In 2007 Obama became candidate to become president of the Unites States. On November 4th 2008 Obama won
the presidency. On November 6th, 2012 he was reelected as president. George W. Bush preceded Obama and
Donald Trump succeed him.

He is a Colombian footballer. He was born in Cúcuta on July 12th 1991. He is 1.85 meters
tall. His parents’ names are Wilson James Rodriguez Bedoya and Maria Del Pilar Rubio.
Although he was born in Cúcuta, he grew up in Ibagué. He spent most of his childhood
there.
Style of play:
He is a midfielder and a natural playmaker.
Career:
He started his career in 2006 in the Colombian team named “Envigado FC”. Then FC
Porto signed him for 5.1 million euros. He played for FC Porto from 2010 to 2013.
After that James was signed by AS Monaco for 45 million euros, one of the most
expensive transfer fees for a Colombian footballer. On July 22nd 2014 James signed a
contract with the famous Spanish team Real Madrid.
National Football Team:

Es un futbolista colombiano. Nació en Cúcuta el 12 de julio de 1991. Mide 1,85 metros de altura.

nació en Cúcuta, creció en Ibagué. Pasó la mayor parte de su infancia allí.
