What goes in the E-Portfolio?
• Systematic record of Weekly Learnings
• Readings you read archived in BlackBoard
• Inclusion of class exercises/homework
• Inclusion of Fortnightly activities assigned by the Facilitator
• Formative Feedback from Facilitator
• May upload
 Pictures
 Screenshots
 Original videos
 Personal audio notes
 Reflective write-ups
• Minutes of meeting / Zoom session screenshots / whatsapp chats / Meeting Videos showing
evidences of group meetings
What goes in the E-Portfolio?
• Information like
 Names of team members
 Something about themselves
 What did each member learn?
 What were the challenges that members faced?
 What advice did you give?

• Weekly (or Daily or Fortnightly – depends on will and skill of the student) reflections on
how has the learner personally changed observing self and others?
• A brief description of how the new learning will impact one’s future as the learner sees it
after receiving these new learnings

• Uniqueness - Recreating the Entire Learning Experience Creative manner


Submission & Evaluation
• Can use any platform such as Google Site, Adobe Spark, WIX etc. to prepare e-Portfolio
• Final portfolio needs to be submitted online as an `E-Portfolio LINK’ along with a pdf
copy
• Submission of both the link as well as a PDF document is mandatory for the final
submission
• Submission – Post - Week 12
• 30% weightage allocated to E-Portfolio
