My beliefs about diversity, inclusion and belonging:


I describe my communication style as: • Diversity improves the quality of the work we do and will make easier to innovate.
• Assertive • Inclusion and belonging improves the health/performance/sentiment of the team.

I like to build connection by: What I need to feel a true sense of belonging:
• Caring about the other person • That my team care about me as a person and not just as an employee.

• Empathy • Asking for sending any questions by slack after the meeting
