• To condemn terrorism as dangerous to the national
security of the country and welfare of people
• To make any form of terrorism as crime against the
Filipino people and against the law of Nation

Propaganda Organizing Team will enter the target Barangay and establish
contact person to implement the SICA (Social Investigation and Class
Analysis)
Contact persons will be the Barangay Liaison Group who is tasked to
invite the barangay folks into a meeting.
Indoctrination of Propaganda
Convinced participants will be formed into Barangay Organizing Group
(BOG) [Kalalakihan, Kababaihan at Kabataan] “Maiiksing Kurso ng
Rebolusyonaryong Pilipino”
The organized and brainwashed barangay folks will be
mobilized to attend rallies and other anti government mass
actions
The Selected potential leaders will be exposed to the NPA in
the mountains “immersion”
And they will be trained to be a full pledged NPA..
