Definition
Communism can be defined as a political
or economic ideology
Which demands following from society
• Opposite system to capitalism and legal democracy
• A classless society without any discrimination where means of
production are owned by the government and everyone of nation is
treated th same
• No one will own any private property
Example:

More than 10,000 years ago people used to live

in caves and non of the people in society was
living life for his own, people used to work for
the living of whole community and all were
treated the same

• The modern day economic

system didn’t exist and
concept of currency was
unknown
 In most
z of the world we see there are certain people who

own most of the world’s wealth while most of the population

of world either works under them or buy their products to run
their business

• So there is hierarchy
created where elite
gets the top and as
we go down the lower
classes get their spot

father of Communism

The basic objective of

his vision of communism
was to give rights to the
working class of society

Karl Marx gave an example of

SCHOOL SYSTEM
• All schools should be run
by government

• Teachers should be
given more salary

• Even the workers in

school should be given
equal salary

• Concept of classless was taken too deep and extreme

• Rather than ending discrimination the differences also
removed

• Lack of economic efficiency

• Lack of individual freedom

• Unequal distribution and sharing
