    Injector number 8 on a Cummins engine was found to be leaking during a slow shutdown. An adapter was created to test the injectors, which showed leakage from injector 8. Replacing the o-rings did not stop the leakage. Plugging the fuel return hole on injector 8 eliminated the leakage, identifying it as the source.
