Making Pleasant Meals Instruction:

1. Using the Food Pyramid in preparing meals.


Group yourselves into 5 and choose one
2. Using the plate model in preparing meals. from the topics listed.
3. The different Table settings.
4. Table Manners
a. Sitting at the table
Post on the class GC the topic chosen and
b. Serving Food so the names of the group members.
c. Using place- setting items
d. Handling awkward moments
e. Finishing up
Present your video presentation in a form
of report rather than a demonstration.
