BAR SUPERVISOR
- Responsible for assisting with bar operations
- Insures that customers receive the higheat quality of services
- Insure that the bars budget is not exceeded and maintaining health and safety standard within the bar
DUTIES
• Supervise the smooth running of the bars
• Stock and financial controll
• Assist in the training of bar staff
• Health and safety
• Legislation and company policy
-to gain a personal liscense to sell alcohol within 3 months of acquiring the job

-ensure personal mandatory is up to date
BARTENDER
-preparing alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
-interacting with customers, taking orders, I and serving snacks and drinks
-assesing bar customers needs and preferences
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing, glasses and serving beverages
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
• Developing new cocktail recipes
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
BAR WAITER AND WAITRESS
- Also known as server
- Responsible for providing guest with food and drink as requested in an efficient manner and
according to proper procedure and bar regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
• Taking customers orders and delivering food beverages
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information
with resaturant patrons
• Present menus and provude detailed information when asked
• Check dshes and ktchenware for cleanliness and presentation nd report any problems
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Provide excellent customer sevices
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven works experience as a waiter or waitress
• Basic math skills
• Hands on experience with cash register and ordering information system
• Attentiveness and patience for skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts
