  Prince Rogers Nelson, later known as
Prince was a: singer, guitarist,
songwriter, producer, dancer, and
performer on keyboards, drums,

He was among the most talented
American musicians of his generation.
Like Stevie Wonder, he was a rare
composer who could perform at a
professional level on all the instruments
he required.
Prince’s recording career began
with  funk and soul marketed to a Black
audience; his early music also reflected
the contemporary musical impact of
disco.

Stevie Wonder is one of the most
successful songwriters and musicians of all
time. He is seen as a pioneer of genres such

Franklin:
Aretha Franklin’s career started in 1967 with her
hit song Respect, and that attention helped
everyone recognize how amazing her vocal
talents and other songs were. She was called "The
Queen of Soul."

To attest to her skill, she had 112 charted singles


on the Billboard charts, won 18 Grammy Awards,
and has become one of the best-selling music
artists of all time, selling over 75 million records
globally. She is also the first female to be inducted
into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Tina Turner:
Tina Turner, was a: singer who
found success in the rhythm-and-
blues, soul and rock genres in a
career that spanned five decades.
She began singing as a
teenager and, after moving to St.
Louis, Missouri, immersed herself in
the local rhythm-and-blues scene.
She met Ike Turner at a
performance by his band, the Kings
of Rhythm, in 1956. She began
performing as Tina Turner, and her
electric stage presence quickly
made her the centrepiece of the
show.
