operations. He also act as the immediate advisor to
VADM TORIBIO D ADACI JR PN the Chief of Staff, AFP. He is responsible for the
planning development and execution of Naval
FLAG OFFICER-IN-COMMAND Defense in the country.

VALENCIA PN He is the Deputy Commander of the Navy. He assists
the FOIC and performs functions in his absence.

staff, special and technical staff and perform other
