CAF/Order creation with different

ONTs through OCOC and CRM


Procedure to Place the Landline, FTTH and AirFibre
Order through OCOC or SANCHAR AADHAAR (DKYC)

Aadhaar:

•Order skips CRM part and directly hits Clarity.


•Sanchar Aadhaar is accessible through Internet also hence no
need to have access of CDR network
•DKYC/KYC both facilities are available
•Plan selection facility is available
•Landline number selection with search any particular
number/pattern is available
•No manual work is required till hit to clarity
•Waiver off schemes are available in OCOC while doing
CAF entry
•OCOC report is available in every login which provides
status of every Onboarded CAF by TIP
•After successful onboard the CAF, commercial officer
will approve the CAF in SancharAadhar
•Plan change ,waiver off schemes change and document
change/upload ,edit any field/change selected indicator
facility is available at Commercial login for uploaded
CAF
Procedure:
1. Go to fms.bsnl.co.in
2. Login with your user name and password.
3. Click on SALES and the go to ONE CLICK ONE CALL CAF(OCOC).
4. Click on Landline DKYC.
5. Enter agent’s (your) mobile number and customer’s mobile number – (Both numbers will get a unique OTP
which you have to enter in the last step just before submission.) Click on proceed.
6. Select your Franchisee code, Service Type and all the information It is asking for correctly, click on Next.
Below are the ONT’s available in OCOC, Franchisee should select proper ONT type
during CAF entry, For providing NON WIFI ONT , TYPE A or TYPE B should be
selected , if Acquisition type is Rented then Rs. 90 will be charged, when WIFI
enabled ONT to be provided then Bharat Fibre Wifi enabled ONT to be selected , if
Acquisition type is Rented then Rs. 150 will be charged
7.Upload a photo of identity proof and address proof and a photo of customer and click next.It will be treated
as DKYC CAF,

PDF Upload option is also available in case TIP/Franchisee have documents in PDF format of
company/individuals

Document skip option is also available,it will be treated as KYC CAF,in this TIP should collect the physical CAF
with user. OCOC takes confirmation from TIP and CO user both that they have collected the physical CAF if it
is KYC process.
In DKYC (if user upload the document) no physical form is required.
8. Enter all the details like Name, Address, Aadhaar details
9. Select preferred phone.
10. Select preferred plan.
Select the Waiver –off schemes
11. Enter OTP received on Agent’s mobile.
12. Enter OTP received on Customer’s mobile.
13. Verify if all the details entered are correct and
Click on Submit.
BBC users also can continue the Landline, FTTH and AirFibre CAF entry in
OCOC.
To BBC users, two options are provided to continue for CAF entry

1)Proceed as BBC user : CAF will be treated as walk-in

2) BBC user on behalf of Franchisee : BBC user selects the franchisee code from
dropdown, based on franchise code service type will be populated. This CAF will
be treated as franchise onboarded with selected franchise code.BBC users can
continue direct login in OCOC and comes from FMS login to OCOC.
CRM PROCESS

In FTTH sales order below are the ONT’s available in OCOC, CSR should select
proper ONT type during order creation, For providing NON WIFI ONT, TYPE A or
TYPE B should be selected , if Acquisition type is Rented then Rs. 90 will be
charged, when WIFI enabled ONT to be provided then Bharat Fibre Wifi enabled
ONT to be selected , if Acquisition type is Rented then Rs. 150 will be charged
