  This study or presentation will focus on marine
navigation and the safety and security
management of marine navigation. It will
discuss the definition of the topic, which is
marine navigation and its safety and security
INTRODUCTION
management. This presentation will also
include issues about the security of marine
navigation today, and if there is anything that
can be solved, we will also provide a solution if
necessary.
 The Environment:
 Marine Navigation
- The International Maritime Organization (IMO) defines marine
navigation as "the planning, recording, and control of the
movement of the boat from one place to another." Yet, maritime
navigation is also regarded as a type of maritime human activity.

METHODOLOGY
 Maritime Safety and Security
- It is the safety of people and property at sea from all kinds of
hazards existing at sea, and the safety of the marine environment
from pollution.
 DIFFERENCE
 Maritime Safety
- the objective of maritime safety is to safeguard individuals
PROJECT against unavoidable or unintentional threats, as well as, in some
METHODOLOGY situations, the environment.
 Maritime Security
- The main goal of maritime security is to safeguard ships and their
cargo from external dangers like piracy and smuggling.
 ISSUES AND CHALLENGES
 The protection of vessels from the inside out is referred to as
maritime security. Terrorism, piracy, robbery, illicit trafficking in
PROJECT both persons and goods, illegal fishing, and pollution are among
the dangers that ships and maritime operations need to be
METHODOLOGY protected from.
 Terrorism, piracy, robbery, illegal trafficking of goods and people,
illegal fishing, and pollution. These are some of the most common
issues of maritime security.
 DELIVERABLES
-the only purpose of this presentation is to inform
aspiring seafarers about the issues of marine navigation,
PROJECT safety, and security. This presentation also produced
METHODOLOGY suggestions on how to solve some common issues in
maritime security and safety.
 The presentation is all about marine navigation,
its safety and security, issues about marine
navigation, and a simple suggestion on how to
resolve those issues. And this project should be
CONCLUSION approved because we have not only informed
but also provided some kind of solution for the
issues of marine navigation. It's not that big, but
somehow it will help the marine industry.
