SOAP MAKING DIY
♥ Melt and Pour Soap Making
Ingredients:
♥ 300 grams of glycerin cubes
♥ 3 tbs of water / rose water
♥ 1 tbs of white sugar
♥ 1 tbs of coconut oil
♥ 3 tbs of ingredients of your choice .
Soap making from scratch can be a bit more
difficult as we will using sodium Hydroxide ,
a fuming agent with oil . As it fumes it’s a
slow and delicate process . Thank you for
watching , hope all of you will try it out .
Method :
 Cut the glycerin bar into cubes
 Place the cubes into a stainless pan and add 3 tbs
of water .
 Heat over a low flame and stir occasionally. Too
much stirring will create bubbles.
 Once all the cubes are dissolved, add 1 tbs sugar
(sugar makes the soap frothy)
 Followed by 1 tbs coconut oil ( this is to harden
the soap ) -Optional - can add rose petal , aloe
Vera juice , turmeric powder , egg shell powder ,
coffee grains, colouring & etc
 Then quickly pour the soap liquid into moulds of
your choice .
 Allow it to thicken and once dry can be stored .
