Manual calibration
• Manual calibration procedure is as follows:
• 1. In Sample Test menu, use calibration sample to test several times (at
least three).
• 2. Record the tested data.
• 3. Calculate new calibration coefficient
• Calculate new calibration coefficient as per formula below

Install software and connect computer
• Step 1, install software.
• Step 2, change IP address of the PC to 10.0.0.102
• Step 3, open the software and then power on the instrument, after 10 seconds
if the light which is located on the up right side of the screen become green
that means the PC connected with instrument well.
• Step4, prime all reagent 1 or 2 times.

return
sheath flow syringe

• aspirate the incubated sample from the

Diff bath
• push the sheath fluid into the flow
chamber
• clean the sample preparation tubing
and flow chamber
• Clean diff bath

return
sample probe assembly
• consist of sampling needle and swab
(sampling needle cleaning head )
• Swab’s function :clean the outer wall of
the sampling needle .
• How to clean the swab :
After cleaning and reassembling the swab
(and ensuring that the inflow/outflow
interface tubing is connected correctly ),turn
on the device and to to “service ----clean
“,double click the “clean the sample probe
“button to perform the operation .

return
Diff reaction bath assembly
• Provide diff1&2 to
optical assembly
• Incubate diff1&2
• How to PM diff bath
Clean diff bath with cotton
swab .
turn on the device and to to
“service ----clean “,double click
the “clean the DIFF bath
“button to perform the
operation .

return
WBC chamber

• Impedance method is used during WBC

measurement
• The blood sample and HGB lyse are mix well
for a complete reaction then HGB can be
measured by colorimetry.
• Provide diluent sample to RBC

return
RBC chamber

Impedance method is used during RBC

&PLT measurement

return
Negative pressure
chamber
• Through the negative pressure
chamber ,WBC/RBC/PLT travel
through the aperture of the
chamber for being counted .
• any waste that counting and from
cleaning the back chamber of the
WBC and RBC flows into the
negative-pressure chamber.
• Provide power for cleaning both
rear chambers.

return
Positive pressure
chamber
• Generate air bubbles in the
DIFF /WBC/RBC
• Release negative chamber
pressure

return
Negative pressure pump

• PP1:drain WBC/Swab
• PP2:drain DIFF /RBC/negative
chamber
• establish a negative pressure of -
30Kpa for negative chamber

return
Positive pressure
pump

Provide power with positive chamber

return
Optical assembly

Classify WBC to 5 parts

Auto loader panel unit

return
Ul(sample ) syringe assembly
• Push the sample which be mixed in DIFF to
flow chamber ( 250ul )
• Aspirate the sample from sample tube/WBC
chamber (100ul)
• Push diluted-sample to RBC chamber (100ul)
• Built a bridge for Cleaning inside &outside of
the probe (100ul)

return
