■ And many types of cancers
● Stimulates cellular immunity
● Strengthens muscles and joints strong
It lifts your mood
● Doing exercise can prevent anxiety and depression
● It is proven to help release endorphins
● Reduces stress
It boosts your sleep quality and energy
● Exercise makes you feel more energized
● You sleep better after exercising
More every day improvements
● Improves memory and focus
● Helps with self esteem
● Improves ability to do everyday activities
