  Pakistan faced a lot of problems during the
independence one of the biggest problem facing was the
acute shortage of the competent and trained personals
 The Quaid-e-Azam that addressed the officers of
administration on 11th October 1947, and said “its is a
challenge to our existence. If we are to exist as a nation
HISTORY and give shape to the dream of Pakistan, we will have to
face the problems with determination and forces. Our
people are not organized today and are worried because
of difficulties.
 It was also decided that until the completion of division
of armed forces, the armed forces would remain under
the control of one commander
  This is why Pakistan faced many serious consequences in this era of
upskilling and reskilling.
 Lack of training work refers to the absence of proper instructional
CONSEQUENCE facilities and resources for employees at the work place.

 Increased turnover, reduced productivity and untapped potential
and low profits is one of the serious consequences which Pakistan
faced
  Pakistan just get independence so we have financial issues
also, so we will train every individual which is interested
and can give them a 1- month trial and when they get
trained they can train someone else too. So like this our
community will increase.

1) Re-examine your management style.
