SOLUTION :
:
• During manufacturing, each wire in the vehicle is given an
address. The ends of wires are connected individually to a
common boards.
• The common boards are further connected to resistance
measuring circuit which finds the resistance between the ends
of wires one by one in a loop condition and sends the output to
Arduino.
• When the value of resistance is in the range of mega ohm or
more, it will be a faulty wire. Else it will be a healthy wire.
• Arduino is programmed to note the addresses of faulty wires
and they are shown in the local display.
