quality at proper rates.
 Responsibility to the state : In this context the
responsibility of management to pay taxes to
the government regularly.
Responsibility to the community: In this
context to increase the standard of living
of the people, management should create
new goods and services. This function
increase the competitive strength and
improve its image in the minds of the
people.
