CLASS RULES AND REGULATIONS

 Attendance and punctuality is part of the student’s


performance since it is part of your job
role/responsibility.

 GradingSystem adheres to the policies governing


assessment and certification procedure contained in
the TR for WTR. (TESDA Circular No.4, series of
2011)
 Traineesare expected to obey CLASS RULES
AND REGULATIONS and to act in accordance
with the acceptable norms of democratic
society.

 Traineesare expected to maintain and respect


their fellow trainees and to all institute
personnel.
WHAT IS CBT?
 Competency Based Training (CBT) is a training delivery
approach that focuses on the competency development of
the learner as a result of the training.
It emphasizes on what the learner can actually do
Focuses on outcomes rather than the learning process
within specified time
Is concerned with the attainment of knowledge, skills
and attitude to a specific level of competency.
