have a bad quality then it will affect the quality building to. Building that have a bad
quality of easy broken. Usually building have 5 or 6 years age since it build.

Management
In general management is a process of planning, decision
making, organizing, leading, motivation and controlling the human
resources, financial, physical, and information resources of an
organitation to reach its goals efficiently and effectively.

Quality
Quality is the property of an object or material that shows the
goodness or badness of the object of material. Quality ussualy
used to material civil Engineering.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Quality management is construction planning that is used so
that the material standards needed in construction. Make the
material have a good quality and meet consumer expectations and
desires. Managing quality means constantly pursuing excellence
making sure that what your organization does is fit for purpose, and
not only stays that way, but keeps improving.

quality management is usually used to concrete quality,

building quality, material quality in civil engineering. Good quality
materials used to build buildings will make the buildings have good

Quality assurance process is carried out to determine whether the material used is in
good condition. Conducting qulity assurance at the start of a project is a way to mitigate risks
that have been identified during the specification phase. To implement a quality management
system, the first thing to do is establish standardization.

Companies need to weigh the advantages and trade-offs of each approach. For
example, by reducing costs, or minimizing errors.In addition, management must also be
willing to implement process changes and cooperate to support Quality assurance systems
and set quality standards.

Examples quality assurance in civil Engineering ensure that used material to build the
building suitable with standart.
QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is a checking process carried out by a business or company, to ensure

product quality is in accordance with existing standards. Quality control is also defined as part
of quality management, which focuses on convincing that quality requirements will be met. The
quality control implementation goal is to ensure the quality of the building is up to standart.

Rechecking the quality of the buildings that have been

built. whether it meets the standard or not. Quality control is very
important to do to find errors so that contractors can correct
them immediately
