what are modal verbs?

• Themodal verbs, are those verbs in English that help a


sentence have a better meaning thanks to their function.
You can use them when you want to give another meaning to
a sentence.

how to differentiate
these pronunciations?
• Should: It
is used to give advice. It indicates that
something is good and therefore should be done. It is a
recommendation, not an obligation. It has less tax force
than "must" and "have to".
• Could:usedto talk about things we could do in the past
or to ask permission to do something.
• Have to:Theyexpress an obligation, something that must be
done. On the other hand, when "have to" is used, the
issuer has the conviction that the obligation will be
fulfilled,
