 A SSEMBLY I NSTRUCTIONS
1. Read the Three Sided Pyramid (Provided Separately)
Representing Your Quality Management System Order of
Precedence AND Complete the missing Terms;
2. Cut out around the eight sided figure,
along the seven colored edges AND the Glue Tab .
3. Crease or fold the Glue Tab, then the Two edges that form
the three faces of the pyramid (evenly down the space between).
4. Crease or Fold the base for each Face of the pyramid, so
that the base is on the inside of the face sharing an edge.
QMS Pyramid 5. Glue or Paste the "Glue Tab" to the backside of the blue face of
(Blanks) 71602 the pyramid, aligning the red face with the blue face.
6. Stick The Base, to each face of the pyramid, up inside the
formed pyramid.
