Definition

Openness is one of the five personality of big five personality. It shows how
much a person is open minded. A person with high level of openness to
experience a personality test enjoys to try out new things. They are
imaginative, curious and open minded. For example: Being intellectually
curious and thirsty for knowledge.
People who tend to be high in the trait of openness are more willing to
embrace new things, fresh ideas, and novel experiences. They are open
minded and approach new things with curiosity and tend to seek out
novelty. They tend to pursue new adventures, experience and creative
endeavors

Out of the big five personality theory conscientiousness is also one
of them. It says that a person who has high conscientiousness are
responsible, goal oriented, reliable, organized and hardworking.
