What is an Environmental Consultant?
An environmental consultant is an experienced professional who uses their understanding of
environmental policies, sustainability methods and occupational health and safety guidelines to provide
effective solutions to businesses and construction companies.
Why Environmental Clearance is required?
• When a project is undertaken it disturbs the environmental equilibrium
• To maintain quality of environment its is essential to study impacts of projects.
• This also suggest remedial measures for development of projects.
• It helps in resource conservation, Waste minimization.
• Efficient use natural resources is possible.

along with budget and action plan will be given. Calculation of bank guarantee amount as per Notification No. S.O.
804(E), dated shall be Rs. - (after approval of EAC, MoEFCC) as per details given here-in-above. The Bank
guarantee shall be given for a period of 3 years, with the PCB which will be released after successful
implementation of the remediation plan and natural and community resource augmentation plan and after
recommendation by Regional Office of the Ministry.
