INTRODUCTION

• STRONG is an online web application which can be used by a community to plan their training and
track their progress. Strong is a simpler and more powerful tool than a notebook and designed to aid
users to stay fit by tracking their various activities like age, BMI, workout routine, diet and even
sleep.
EXISTING TECHNOLOGIES AND PROBLEMS

• Currently, platforms like Nike fit, Nike training etc. are used by many for a fixed routine training.
The problem is that such applications are not flexible with the users as different users has different
demands according to their goal and age.
• Adding to this, these are mobile applications which are heavy on the device memory and require a
constant and fast internet connection.
PROPOSED SYSTEM AND ITS APPLICATIONS

• We propose a web application which focuses on weight training and gives different routines for
different goals. Since it is a web application, it also removes the requirement of high device
memory and internet connection.
• We will also provide different exercise options based on the days a person can train and which part
of their body they want to work on.
• Also, it will provide a detailed information about the users’ BMI, ideal weight, protein intake
according to person’s weight, training intensity and age.
• We will also provide details of macros needed to attain the goal.
