PROBLEM STATEMENT

• If you are not physically active you Increase your health risks in many ways
.Coronary Heart Disease, Strokes Disease ,High blood pressure ,
breathlessness ,flabby body, little energy, stiff joints, overweight  Do not have
enough time to exercise.
• Find it inconvenient to exercise.
• Find exercise boring.
• Lack confidence in their ability to be physically active (low self-efficacy).
• It is quite difficult for beginner how to exercise .He/She don’t know which
exercise is good for them.
• They actually don’t know What should they eat before and after the gym. He/She
don’t know which diet is better for them.
• They don’t know how to control their weight level.  Financial problem.
• They don’t know how to increase their stamina, weight etc.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Digital fitness is a platform which allow the user to show exercises of all workouts.
Their diet plans. This Application provide the digital trainer that solve every
problems regarding gym . The person input their height & weight to check their BMI.
Digital fitness app for starting your bodybuilding journey or taking your fitness to
next level ,numerous free workout plans as per your gym program & schedule. Digital
fitness will help you to achieve great results, within a short period of time. Use your
workout plans as your personal trainer & see your body improve fast. This app
contain extensive database of exercises for every muscle within a detail Description &
video for each exercise . Furthermore, our Digital trainer provide workout routines
for bodybuilding, fat loss, mass gain.

INTRODUCTION

This Software helps you to starting your bodybuilding journey or taking your fitness
to next level ,numerous free workout plans as per your gym program & schedule.
Digital fitness will help you to achieve great results, within a short period of time. Use
your workout plans as your personal trainer & see your body improve fast. It is the
best tool available for efficient goal achiement.it tell us all about the schedules of
exercise, fat loss, Mass gain, powerlifting &gain strength. Why pay to expensive
instructor when you can do it yourself with our video workout. It allows the users to
have complete trust in digital trainer.

• We want to give a System which provide easy way of workout schedules
• We want to make a System which recommend you exercise( workout) after
checking your BMI.

We all know that exercise is beneficial to our bodies and our lives. Digital fitness
provide you easy way to look for your daily exercise schedules & after following
these schedules you achieve your desired goals. This system recommend you the
exercise according to your weight & height according to its best features

that’s how our system insures that users adapt right way to exercises.

• An android based system (which is highly available, easily accessible).

Access Rights
 Restrict access by View, Add, Edit, and Delete.
 Restrict or Allow Access to different Modules by User role.
 Admin Has full rights in the system.
