PROBLEM STATEMENT
• If you are not physically active you Increase your health risks in many ways
.Coronary Heart Disease, Strokes Disease ,High blood pressure ,
breathlessness ,flabby body, little energy, stiff joints, overweight Do not have
enough time to exercise.
• Find it inconvenient to exercise.
• Find exercise boring.
• Lack confidence in their ability to be physically active (low self-efficacy).
• It is quite difficult for beginner how to exercise .He/She don’t know which
exercise is good for them.
• They actually don’t know What should they eat before and after the gym. He/She
don’t know which diet is better for them.
• They don’t know how to control their weight level. Financial problem.
• They don’t know how to increase their stamina, weight etc.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Digital fitness is a platform which allow the user to show exercises of all workouts.
Their diet plans. This Application provide the digital trainer that solve every
problems regarding gym . The person input their height & weight to check their BMI.
Digital fitness app for starting your bodybuilding journey or taking your fitness to
next level ,numerous free workout plans as per your gym program & schedule. Digital
fitness will help you to achieve great results, within a short period of time. Use your
workout plans as your personal trainer & see your body improve fast. This app
contain extensive database of exercises for every muscle within a detail Description &
video for each exercise . Furthermore, our Digital trainer provide workout routines
for bodybuilding, fat loss, mass gain.

to next level ,numerous free workout plans as per your gym program & schedule.
